QUESTIONS If you are cross-eyed and have dyslexia, can you read all right?
June 15, 2009 16:52:29 (GMT Time)

Yes, you can.  Actually if you're just dyslexic you can cross your eyes and read perfectly well.

QUESTIONS Is the self identical with the body? Or is it different? And also, is the world eternal?
June 15, 2009 16:58:59 (GMT Time)

The self is not strictly identical to this body, however a body is a part of what makes us human.  This body however is a fallen and corrupted thing, which Christians believe we will part with so that we can be given a new body, like the one we believe God intended for us before man fell.  This world is not eternal, it had a beginning, it will end.

QUESTIONS What is a man's fascination with taking a woman's virginity?
June 11, 2009 18:11:43 (GMT Time)

That depends on the male in question.  For some it is a conquest thing, others a matter of emotional bonding.  Whatever the case is, it is something which only happens once and that has a strong bearing on the motivation, whatever it is.

QUESTIONS Is it possible that there is a desendant of Christ walking among us?
June 11, 2009 17:49:55 (GMT Time)

No, it isn't.  However you see The Bride of Christ everyday, whenever you see a Christian.  What you need to remember is that Christians don't believe Jesus was a "great moral teacher," or a prophet, or even a revolutionary leader.  We see Christ as God Incarnate.  If you aren't a Christian I'm not sure you can understand how exceptionally important that is.  He came for a specific purpose, and when He fulfilled that purpose He returned to His Father.  He didn't come here to bring a child into this world, nor would that have been in keeping with His purpose for coming.

QUESTIONS Will you marry me??
June 11, 2009 17:03:30 (GMT Time)

While you seem to be a sweet girl, I'm not sure I want a long distance relationship.  The soles of my shoes is all the way in Kurgystan.  I just don't see how that would work out.

QUESTIONS I don't believe so. But what do you think about this website? Is it possible religion is a meme?
June 11, 2009 16:31:43 (GMT Time)

The first thing I need to say is that the attitude expressed in this article is the absolute opposite of what ANY Christian should be.  Whoever wrote this wasn't engaged in an intellectual excercise, he/she was expressing their hatred for all things Christian.  I couldn't argue with this person any more effectively than I could argue with the Spanish Inquisition.  They are both driven by the same thing, hatred.  Let me also make something else clear, I would be in greater danger of death in 15th century Spain than the writer of this article.  They are merely an infidel, I'm a heretic.  Keep that in mind when you read my answer.

With all that out of the way I can answer your question.  RELIGION is, at least in part, a meme.  The problem is that everyone seems to think that a meme is either bad, or purely human.  We see this everytime we hear about "christian tradition."  There are many things in Christianity which are...

QUESTIONS Is there an easy way to tell which area an asian is from? They all look the same with those slopes
June 11, 2009 14:27:21 (GMT Time)

It is very possible, but you'll first need to learn not to be a jackass.  I would work on that.

QUESTIONS I have a job interview. Do you think it would be wise for me to ask if they ever press charges?
June 10, 2009 21:56:08 (GMT Time)

Absolutely!  Everyone should be on a clear footing in a job interview.  Open conversation is a good thing......

QUESTIONS Is the morning after pill considered an abortion?
June 10, 2009 21:44:56 (GMT Time)

This answer really depends on who you ask.  I don't think you can consider it an abortion until the egg is embedded in the uterin wall and growing.  Catholics however look at condoms essentially as a form of abortion.  In my personal opinion, from what I know of how Plan B works, I don't think so.  That being said, if you aren't willing to deal with the responsibility of your actions, don't you think you should stop doing the only thing which will leave you with that responsibility?
